Notes 44 & 45 - Regarding Love and Hate

All love is self-love. All hate is self-hate. Everything is all part of the same whole. Personal perspective is an individual facet of the whole, not separate from it. 'We are the universe experiencing itself'. That means every individual perspective you encounter - person, animal, or otherwise - is a facet of you. Defiance and defense is a departure from the knowledge of all are one. ----- (expanding on the previous concept) All ways we treat 'others' (speaking from an individual perspective point of view) are how we treat ourself.

Note 40 - Malleable Energy

what if life is about transmuting the energy translated as pain into desired frequencies? what if this is done by accepting what is - allowing what is to BE what it is, without judgement - and deliberately placing your focus on how you prefer things to be until it is so clear in your mind that physical matter has no choice but to reform itself to your whim. energy is malleable in the face of a clearly focused frequency. this concept has infinitely adaptable potential. note: 'without judgement' does not mean 'without preference'. preference will always exist. preference does not require judgement or label. one can notice what is not preferred and, in the absence of judgement/emotional attachment, transmute it into what is preferred because, again, energy is malleable in the face of clearly focused frequency. how fast we're able to do this is a result of how well we're able to focus. (I've been informed. Still working to 'know' this within this body c...

Note 39 - 'Perfection'

it's allowed to all be perfect exactly as it is.  if it's all perfect, then i can feel satisfied and then i'm allowed to focus on what is preferred. i'm allowed to leave the past because it happened as it needed to happen. i'm allowed to let the future be what it needs to be. what happens may or may not be what is preferred, but it's all allowed to be exactly as it is.  i am allowed to be exactly as i am.  - meditation 'i am that i am' it's allowed to be perfect, and i'm allowed to focus on what i prefer.

Note 35 - Not God - Random musings

you're not god - you're a part of god - god is every different perspective. you're a part of that whole - loved and cherished and necessary. you're a part of that whole. that makes us whole. - 'this, or whatever is for my highest good. Thank you.' - the sunset is light reflecting off water in the air. look at the element of air and see its passion. - read the Tao Te Ching - "I look at matter as light that is suspended between the centripetal force of gravity and the centrifugal force of radiation.

Note 33 - Mass consciousness musing

what if mass consciousness is like a collective library. we all get to put perspectives into it, and we all get to sift through it to take out other perspectives to try out.

Note 31 - Choosing a loving universe - a conversation

choosing a loving universe: "Trusting that things happen the way they do, ultimately, for a reason you'd agree with even if or though you can't understand it from your current perspective." Preferences along the way are normal. Wanting one thing or another is normal. Feeling like you -have- to have it, being attached to the having of it, is where it starts to get tricky. Recognizing a need is good (in so much as there is a 'good'). Being attached to that need as a truth is the conscious ego. That part of you that 'thinks' and makes choices. You make choices at every level, when you get right down to it. Most of them unconscious, and I don't just mean because it's the subconscious or the unconscious or something you have no control over. You have no control over it because you're not doing it consciously. That's it. You can't exactly just decide to become conscious of doing it, either. I mean, you -can-, but if we're talking to ...

Note 13 - Because You Want To

the only reason you should do anything is because you want to. "Do you meditate?" "Yes." "For how long?" "Oh, I try for an hour, but most days I only get maybe 20 minutes or so. You knw how it is." "Why do you usually get up from meditation?" "Work, can't stop thinking, kids, any number of reasons." "You got up too soon." "But-" "You got up too soon. It doesn't matter the reason. The only reason that would get a different answer is: Because I wanted to." Conundrum: Following that logic could mean things start falling apart in my life. Kids don't get fed/to school, work goes by the wayside. Let the universe orchestrate the vibrational matches. -You- decide how you want to feel. Anything that does not feel like that will fall away. Either the other people in your life will have a behavior pulled out of them that matches your vibration, or the situation as a whole will change into one tha...
