Note 23 - Power and Money

 'absolute power corrupts absolutely'... not quite true. absolute power shows the absolute truth of who you are.  they say money is power. you (the translator) have said money is just a tool. it offers opportunities. the more money, the more opportunity to show who you truly are. they say money is power. power corrupts, thus they say money corrupts. we say neither. it shows the depth of your character and its flaws. mass consciousness' power remains limited as mass consciousness has not fully identified with love yet. the limitations become less and less as the choice toward love is made more and more. choose love and the fetters are removed. not by us, but by yourselves. inhibiting access based on mass consciousness prevents species extinction and, by virtue of your creativity and abilities, damage to everything as a whole. interference to guide, from within and from without, has been granted in order to preserve the whole. this is another layer of mass consciousness betwe...

Note 22 - Acceptance vs Apathy

 accepting what is doesn't mean relinquishing the ability, or desire, to change it. accepting things as they are means not keeping yourself trapped in a frequency. it means regaining your focus - your ability to choose another frequency in the face of this one. that's how acceptance helps change your reality. accept what's there right now in the sense that it's delivering a message. appreciate what's around you in the sense that it's there to show you something. Imagine it's as thought someone you love very much handed you a letter. That letter might be filled with bad news - you might be surrounded by things you don't like at all. Your surroundings, in this analogy, are the contents of that letter. Source can be seen as the impetus that arranged your surroundings - the one that delivered that letter. you can hate source for what it's showing you. Absolutely. Note 21 - Instant Manifestation

 do you really want it to appear instantly? think about choosing whatever you want to appear instantly. sounds like it could be a great idea for some things you want, right? Are you sure, though? Do thoughts come up about how to explain it? How may of your world-view beliefs are challenged? How much of your 'knowledge' of physics is challenged? Say you accomplished it, do you worry that others might find out and you'll suddenly find yourself in the spotlight? What if you're taken and locked away from others? Studied for years to see what makes you different?  We don't say this to scare. We say this to encourage you to look at those thoughts and decide. Decide if you want them or not. If you fear people's reactions, can you have the instant manifestation -and- be safe? How does that thought feel?  (translation interrupted)

Note 20 - If What You're Choosing Doesn't Come

 if what you're choosing doesn't come: if what you're choosing doesn't come and you're starting to have thoughts you don't like the feel of, know that what you thought you wanted doesn't accurately represent the frequency you're offering.  it could be that you're off-frequency and need to get closer to your target - as in, you might need to go into the concept of what you're asking for and see if any thoughts, ideas or emotions come to you that you don't enjoy the feel of.  if any do, then those need to be addressed by deciding what it is about them that you don't like. it could also be that you're so /on/-frequency that you've something even better, it just doesn't look like what you envisioned. now it's up to you to decide if that's okay with you - and go along waiting to see how you're surprised and delighted - or if you would rather have what was envisioned. if you're rather have what was envisioned, then r...

Note 19 - Choosing Frequencies - Deliberate Creation - Specific Creations

 you can have it. just choose it. it can be a fun daydream or it can be a reality, meaning that if it doesn't come, enjoy having had the daydream of it and know that it'll show up as something else. the picture of the frequency isn't the actual frequency. it's what that frequency represents to you. if you aren't dead on the frequency that you want - tuned in very specifically - you'll get things that feel -like- that frequency.  this goes back into choosing your reality. the more "tuned in" - the more focused on the frequency you are - and now people usually think we mean exerting effort in thinking about the picture/image/concept that they want when what we mean is how dialed into that specific desired frequency are you. So, the more you can specifically focus on your desire, the clearer you are able to choose that reality. bring up the reality you desire to mind. some thing or situation. if it's just a thing, make it a situation. even if it's...

Note 18 - Thoughts, Ego, Choosing Frequency

 Thoughts are wonderful. the ego is amazingly helpful. every thought that comes to mind is a message. Nevermind what the words or vision of the thought was. Look at what emotion is tied to it. That emotion is the frequency of that thought. If you don't like how that frequency feels, you get to choose a different frequency. this is where focus comes in. this is where detachment from the 'reality' in front of you comes in. watch your thoughts. notice if any of them grab your attention with an emotion. most of the time it might be a subtle emotion. depending on how much you try to get away from your own mind, the stronger those emotions might be sometimes. some people can't stand to be alone. they need a constant distraction for fear they'll hear thier own thoughts and have to face that fear of them. many more have already overcome that fear enough to start noticing how they feel when they think certain things. most of the time they notice the emotion and label the tho...

Note 17 - Attachment and Focus

 It's not the thought(s) that you're trying to stop. It's the attachment to them. The identifying with them. Notice the reactions you have -to- the thoughts. Those are what need to be addressed. Be aware of the reactions, control the reactions is focus. When you are in control of your reactions, you have the ability to switch your focus to whichever frequency you desire. When the thought(reaction to the thought) controls your reaction/attention, then you lose the ability to focus where you will/desire/want. Fear of choosing wrong is the basis for a lot of anxiety. That is a reaction to a thought. It controls your ofucs, preventing you from seeing other options available. Preventing you from feeling other frequencies available. Preventing you from focusing on other frequencies available. Thus choosing your reality for you. Releasing the attachment to that fear, allowing yourself to look at the ideas being presented -without- reacting in fear, will allow you to have more of t...

Note 16 - Channeling, Abilities, Desires

 I am not my desires.  A desire is a thought in you. Maybe not in all people, but in you this author. You, the general you, are not your thoughts. We are the awareness behind our thoughts, not the thoughts themselves. Who or what we truly are is what is -behind- the mask of what we identify with/who we think we are. We are the awareness -behnd- the emotion, -behind- the thoughts. That is who we truly are.  being compassionate to yourself and to others - to the inner you and to the outer you - is the act of channeling. some can only accomplish it in very specific situations. others get so good at it that they can do it a lot more often, in a lot more types of situations. that channeling offers all kinds of abilities. how pure that connection is, how true to on-frequency it is dictates more of the energy allowed through. same is true of any(?) emotion's specific frequency. the types of abilities seem to differ in people mostly because of personal belief structures in place....

Note 15 - Focus on Well-Being

 the only time anything becomes a 'problem' is when it becomes more of a priority than choosing your frequency. if it has your attention more than your frequency choice does, it causes the wobble in the frequency. unsteadies you, and redirects your course. peoples don't do that. you do. all people have their own agendas and reasons for being here. what do you choose to do?  place your attention on the frequency you desire - well-being, because everything you, specifically you, want, feels like well-being feels to you, specifically you. every body is different - even if all were in top-physical peak condition - because every body is designed to feel utter well-being in their own unique way. follow what well-being feels like to you. don't worry about what it feels like to someone else. following your well-being - anyone - results in things that feels like that to you. Anyone. it might look different to you, specifically you. To you the frequency they're focused on mig...

Note 14 - In the Moment

 you can't be in the moment if you're worrying about the next moment or fretting about the last moment. Future and past are not now. (Where is your focus?)

Note 13 - Because You Want To

the only reason you should do anything is because you want to. "Do you meditate?" "Yes." "For how long?" "Oh, I try for an hour, but most days I only get maybe 20 minutes or so. You knw how it is." "Why do you usually get up from meditation?" "Work, can't stop thinking, kids, any number of reasons." "You got up too soon." "But-" "You got up too soon. It doesn't matter the reason. The only reason that would get a different answer is: Because I wanted to." Conundrum: Following that logic could mean things start falling apart in my life. Kids don't get fed/to school, work goes by the wayside. Let the universe orchestrate the vibrational matches. -You- decide how you want to feel. Anything that does not feel like that will fall away. Either the other people in your life will have a behavior pulled out of them that matches your vibration, or the situation as a whole will change into one tha...

Note 12 - Stop

 The second you stop caring where the belief/pattern/reflection/manifestation/emotion/thought/situation/etc came from, the second it's able to finally change. when you stop caring where it came from, you no longer pay it any  attention. it's not being fed, it's not going to stay around. without you causing the ripple in that part of the water, the water there smooths. goes back into that formless awareness that is -everywhere-. 

Note 11 - Thoughts and Opinions of Others

 What they think about you doesn't matter. Their reaction to you is -their- manifestation. It's for them to deal with. What this translates to for -you- is that you never have to worry about what any of it means to them. The mental chess game of how to 'make them like you/understand you' is unnecessary. You can check in with them if you feel inspired to in the moment, but worrying over it before or after the fact? Never necessary. The following was obtained after re-reading the above passage: What if it's someone you don't want to hurt (emotionally or physically)?  Staying connected to who you truly are - keeping your attention toward that inner awareness/allowing yourself to be in the frequency of your 'home' self, whether incorporating in your desire frequencies or not, will make it so that hurting them isn't an option in the first place. Note 10 - Manifestation and Intervention

 The situation that you both/all were/are in is the orchestration. Your individual reactions to it are the(your) manifestation(s). {This works on the micro and the macro. This is why intervention is possible on some levels, but not others. Your free will is wonderful. We enjoy watching it, learning from it. When that free will moves into a direction that threatens your species or others, outside of your planet/collective existence, then intervention happens. } (? This is an addendum to the above two sentences. As the translator, I'm not sure if this is accurate.)

Note 9 - Inspiration

 did you think about the action to take? = not inspiration did you take an action without thinking about it? = that was inspiration. did you take an action without thinking abotu it, and then start thinking about what to do for the next step/piece? = you've left inspiration. Stop thinking. did you take an action without thinking about it, and it led to an undesired result? you have a limiting belief attached to the desire. purify the intention/desire and then go back to not thinking. purify: In other words, assess the frequency of your desire. Are there bits in it that you don't enjoy? If there are, then that needs to be refined. That's the 'purification'. it's okay. Ultimately, you can not get it wrong. if you take an action without thinking about it, only realizing later what you did, then you were acting from inspiration. you don't have to wait for a sign to act because the signs are not for that. Note 8 - How to Get Centered

 How to get 'centered': Focus on awareness. Notice that you're aware of your surroundings. That awareness is your center. This is also being 'at zero', in ho'oponopono terms. This is also 'being the observer'. Also 'God'. Also, Source. Also all that is. Everything and nothing. Also, Inner Being. Notice that what you're aware of, when you turn your awareness -to- that awareness, is what you really are. Not the thoughts that float (or zoom) by, not the emotions you feel. If you can be aware of something, you can't truly be that thing. Even turning your attention to that inner awareness, noticing the awareness that observes the thoughts, emotions, body and outter world, can't be fully comprehended, in a way. You can turn your attention to that inner awareness and all thoughts and sensations start to melt away. It's not a space that can really be described - in that space, you simply...-are-. -That-, is you.  You are the universe know...

 one of the basic freedoms you've been asking for when you think you want freedom is freedom from thinking.  not to say you want to follow someone else. no. not sheep or cattle, in that sense. freedom from the vast amount of thoughts attached to every desire. judgements, worries, fears, doubts, definitions. all of those are bars on freedom. that observer state, that is your freedom. maintaining your ability to turn your focus wherever you -want- to turn it, rather than having an emotion or thought grip your focus away from you, is what you want. (Do you -want- to be feeling fear? Hatred? Anger? Anxiety? You may think it a logical reaction to the person, place or situation you're observing, but do you -want- to feel it? If not, you use focus to move your attention to something else. How well can you focus? Amazingly well, if you retain your grasp of your focus. It's when the thoughts and emotions dictate your focus that you have difficulty, or end up having difficulty.)

Note 6

 separate emotions and related thoughts away from your desire. the slow way to do that is to think about it long enough that the 'flavor' of it wears off, or the 'oomph' goes away. it no longer holds any emotion for you. the related thoughts could be done by redefining what the desire means and tracking down along the thread of every related thought/feeling mix. these ways are good. and they work. but slowly. the faster way to do this is to witness the desire from the observer role/position. notice the attachments and emotions and definitions from that neutral, compassionate space. then look back to the desire itself, without those associations. when the desire no longer controls your emotion/focus is when it come flow easiest to you. there's a lot of anxiety around the idea of letting go of a desire. it's not about letting -go- of it. It's about not reacting to the desire itself. Or, rather, it's about not reacting to the thought of -not- getting that d...

Note 5 - Belief

 belief is irrelevant. faith that something will come to pass is irrelevant. you already thought it. the second you thought it, it was created. it already exists. you just made it. you don't have to believe it will come for you or to you. you don't have ot have faith it will show up. you have to stop thinking about it. stop feeling about it. feel however you feel in the moment. that's fine. think whatever you're thinking of the moment, if you can. most of the time you can't. so we say shut the mind off. It fulfilled its purpose in the creation process. You don't need it until you need to make a decision about what frequency/thing/situation you want next time.

Note 4 - Arrogance, Creation, and Being Awesome

 "I am awesome!" is not arrogance. People call God the creator. We say God used the energy of the universe to create. That isn't quite correct. "God" is all that is, yes? All that is, is energy. God is energy. You are God. You are energy. Spirit, Source, God, all energy. The molocules of everything, you included, are part of energy.  What you're feeling isn't arrogance. It is pride. Satisfaction. Fulfillment. Gratification. While knowing your absolute, utter, deep worth. Bad things happened when you started to feel that way because you had a faulty meaning filling up pieces of it. You took those meanings from movies and shows that portrayed people you thought felt like that as bad. So you thought it meant you were bad to feel that way. You took on those false beliefs and those feelings made them true for you. You materialized the fears fed to you by others. You -are- awesome! And it has -nothing- to do with anybody else. You diminish -nobody- else by bei...

Note 3 - FOMO (Fear of Missing Out)

 our fear of missing out (fomo) keeps us busy. fear of missing out on whats ours if we don't -do- to get it. What's ours can't be missed. It's ours. It's coming to us. All we need to do is relax and let it come to us. We've defined it. Asked for it. But our doubt, our fear of it not coming, keeps it from us. likewise, our insistence that 'it' looks a certain way gets in the way of it coming. what it looks like is part of the 'how'. Just define what you want it to feel like. Anything that feels like that is something that is wanted and is already yours/for you. you can't miss it. 

Note 2 - Serving the Highest Good

 the question: 'how can i best serve the greatest/highest/greater good?' this is not about sacrifice or suffering. this is not about conservation, preservation, or capitulation. this is not about compromise.  the greater good includes your perspective's desires. your prosperity enriches the whole of us. we want you to have everything you want because it's to our benefit. it is for all of our greater good. you are us, we are you, we are all each other.  being ready to serve the greater good is being ready to serve yourself. being ready to give -yourself- everything you've ever wanted.

Note 1 - Consent

 you can't give other people permission to do something - only yourself to receive something. this is the same as asking for something - you may or may not get it, whether how or when you want. it's up to where it's coming from whether it's given or not. you give yourself permission to receive something. where it comes from changes based on what sort of permission you gave to receive. what criteria you gave yourself to be able to receive it. the wider the criteria, the faster it may come. each time the criteria changes, the how changes. each time the how changes, the timeframe changes. sometimes the time changes a little, sometimes it changes a lot. this works in forwards and reverse. making it take longer or shorter. something 'finally' manifests when the criteria stays still long enough for the how to reach it's destination.  this is a consent-based universe. both sides have to agree. every side, if there are more. when you want something, and you put a ti...

Introduction or Forward

 Message from the translator/author(?)/editor: I start this with...no small amount of trepidation, if I'm being completely honest with myself. There's a ...not a knot in my stomach, but that twisting sensation that feels a lot like nausea. I have no idea how this material will be received, but I feel compelled to share it all the same. I have the choice, to be sure. I've sat on the idea of posting (starting to post here) for a week or two now, at the least, for example. I have absolutely had to make the conscious decision to do this, much as I dislike that fact. (Part of me has wanted to give control over to whatever spirit or impetus this is completely, letting it move my body as it will to accomplish what it wants. At the same time, I'm also the type of person who won't even give myself over to a guided meditation. I like my control too much to allow anyone else to take over, in any capacity lol. A thought that entertains me to no end, considering the irony of it....
