How to get 'centered': Focus on awareness. Notice that you're aware of your surroundings. That awareness is your center. This is also being 'at zero', in ho'oponopono terms. This is also 'being the observer'. Also 'God'. Also, Source. Also all that is. Everything and nothing. Also, Inner Being. Notice that what you're aware of, when you turn your awareness -to- that awareness, is what you really are. Not the thoughts that float (or zoom) by, not the emotions you feel. If you can be aware of something, you can't truly be that thing. Even turning your attention to that inner awareness, noticing the awareness that observes the thoughts, emotions, body and outter world, can't be fully comprehended, in a way.
