Note 19 - Choosing Frequencies - Deliberate Creation - Specific Creations
you can have it. just choose it. it can be a fun daydream or it can be a reality, meaning that if it doesn't come, enjoy having had the daydream of it and know that it'll show up as something else. the picture of the frequency isn't the actual frequency. it's what that frequency represents to you. if you aren't dead on the frequency that you want - tuned in very specifically - you'll get things that feel -like- that frequency.
this goes back into choosing your reality. the more "tuned in" - the more focused on the frequency you are - and now people usually think we mean exerting effort in thinking about the picture/image/concept that they want when what we mean is how dialed into that specific desired frequency are you. So, the more you can specifically focus on your desire, the clearer you are able to choose that reality.
bring up the reality you desire to mind. some thing or situation. if it's just a thing, make it a situation. even if it's just a standing still picture of you holding that thing or doing whatever it is with that thing. driving. playing. whatever. bring up the concept of what you want. how does it feel? like it? Any thoughts come up that you dislike the feel of? If yes, look at those thoughts. Now you're starting to choose your reality.
you look at those thoughts that come up and decide if you like them or not. do you want to blend what they offer in, or would you choose not to? Do this over and over again. Not with the same thoughts and same choices, but with each thought that comes up. Over and over again. Always with any new thought that comes up. Do you want it? Yes? Roll it in and it gets added to the frequency you're already emitting. No? Let it go and it falls away from the frequency you're emitting.
Simple. Not easy, we know. It takes a lot of focus. Not effort, though it might feel like that sometimes. It can be draining, making those choices the first few times. It's a lot less effort than running and hiding from the thoughts over and over again, though. That gets exhausting. Especially since the thoughts can't ever really be outrun. You can keep yourself busy, sure. But usually it's when you're trying to go to sleep, and the mind won't shut up. So we exhaust our bodies in an effort to not have to hear the mind for long.
it's okay. we know it's not easy. we know it's worth it to practice, but that was our decision. you get to choose how to do it yourself. we suggest taking the information and trying it out. if you dislike it, you are under no obligation at all to continue. this is offered freely and you are absolutely free to say no. Try it with any and every thought. Just a curious: Do I want this?
