Note 29 - Knowing where to go or what to do

 hypothesis:

how to know where to go/what to do:

shift perspective to higher self/inner being (mass consciousness). That true, deep part of you that was you before all the programing you went through, all the life and memories you've been through. That's the part of you that knows exactly what you want.

going into that feeling of 'oneness' with all is tapping into the 'mass consciousness'. growing your ability to focus makes it easier to get into a state that allows you to shift your perspective to that mass consciousness.

do that enough and you get impulses to do things that lead you to what you want, because you're now able to 'hear' your inner being - aka, that part of you that's tapping into that quantum field we call mass consciousness. This is intuition.

doing that enough starts affecting your behavior patterns. the better you are at hearing your inner being, the better you become at being able to communicate with that portion of yourself.

you get to a point where you can stand in a crowd of people, shift your perspective to that portion of you that's constantly connected with everything else on an energetic/quantum level. Doing it from that perspective, where you view yourself as switching your view from your body's eyes to your inner being's eyes, opens that communication of the third eye. technically allowing more energy to flow through that energy center, the third eye chakra.

seeing in that way gives more access to the knowledge of what to do next. it may not come when you expect it, when you're thinking about it. it comes when you're quiet, when you go still and focus on that perspective. then it comes to you to be translated in the cells of your body.

you might have a visual pop into mind. maybe a song lyric. usually an impulse to do something. it may not make any sense at all, but go still and quiet, find that inner being perspective by finding that sense of 'oneness' - that you are a mass of energy, condensed into this current body, and able to cease being that for just a moment, in your mind. from that place of oneness, you remind yourself what it is you truly want - whether it's an emotion or a specific thing - taking a few moments to just enjoy the feeling of having it.

From there, you come back and focus on what's in front of you. whatever situation or whatever. come back to your 'current reality' and be aware of what options feel available to you right now. once you've identified a few options, see which one feels best, then decide if you want to do it.

if you've chosen to live in a safe and loving universe, those impulses lead to what you want in ways that feel good to you. how safe and loving determines how good they feel.

you can do it by effort, sure. but if you're in a safe and loving universe, why would you want to?
