feel how it feels and watch any sensations or emotions that come up.


don't follow them; don't think about the sensation. just notice it. be aware of it as you continue to lightly contemplate having exactly what you want in that moment.


soothing - whether it shows up immediately or not, you had the frequency of that option for a moment.
